The display and user experience of MyTourist continues to evolve based on feedback and suggestions from hoteliers. With this update, we aim to radiate even more calm and simplicity by presenting the menu horizontally.
A fun fact: it has been proven that a horizontal menu is better isolated by our brain. This comes from the property of reading from left to right and orienting in the width of the screen. The menu that is located at the top and horizontally is seen as less noticeable (but just as prominent) and is considered 'less of a bother' during the use of MyTourist. In short, more calm because we can orient ourselves better.
In addition to the aforementioned major improvements, this update also contains some fixes and optimizations. Here is an overview of these items.
Booking calendar - When saving availability, min. price, or min. stay duration, the save button sometimes remained in processing... this has been resolved.
Bookings - When creating or editing a booking, the date selection sometimes went out of view. This has been resolved.
Mailcenter - Has received several small improvements, including sending BCCs to yourself. A few additional fields have also been added concerning the content of your email traffic.
