Channel Manager Exports and Custom Branding

Create a backup of your hotel software and apply your own branding.

In the past two weeks, a total of three updates have been implemented. This time it involves many improvements based on user feedback. In this email, we summarize the highlights of these updates.

Your data in your own hands with the new export functionality

Create a full export of all data in your MyTourist account. From images to all information about your guests and bookings. Handy for imports into external tools or simply to keep your own data safe locally. We value transparency and want to always make your property available to you.

Branding Management

Uploading your own logo and determining your brand color has been moved from the Webpage to its own Settings page. This way, we can also reuse your branding for other purposes (such as PDFs and emails).

Additionally, you can choose a theme for your fonts, allowing us to apply a suitable font for each communication medium. In an example, you can see at a glance how this is presented.

Price Profiles Even More User-Friendly

Recently, we have paid a lot of attention to user display and ease of use of price profiles. It is indeed an important page from which most questions originate. In this update, improvements have also been made:

• The overview page of price profiles now includes extra icons, so you can see at a glance the min/max stay duration and restrictions on check-in/out.
• The screen for creating/editing a price profile has changed, and the layout has been revised with tabs.
• Prices with a comma sometimes caused issues, which we have resolved.

Other Improvements

In addition to the above highlights, we have worked on the following items:

• In the booking calendar, the rates per night are rounded to whole euros. This provides more clarity and overview. Additionally, the max. stay duration is easier to change via this overview.
• The tiles at Webpage are clearer and contain extra notifications for situations requiring them.
• A bug fix on webpages where expanding introductory texts resulted in a double character.
• Add an optional secondary IBAN to your accommodation settings. Additionally, a second phone number can be displayed on your website.
• Legal documents (General Terms and Conditions, Booking Conditions, House Rules, and Cancellation Policy) are now better presented on your website.
• The 'room types' page is now better displayed on mobile devices.
