Some email templates are already available in your MyTourist account. For example, the templates booking confirmation, 5 days before arrival and 5 days after departure. With these standard templates, it is possible to message your guest immediately after placing a booking, 5 days before arrival, and/or 5 days after departure. Each template can be individually turned on or off.
The predefined email templates can be individually managed so that you can determine the necessary information for your guests in your own fill and preference. Using 'tags', it is possible to add guest and/or booking data at the desired position in the email. Think of a booking number/reference, arrival and/or departure date, or further details of the booking or guest(s).
Sent emails are viewable via the central Message Center. You can also choose to receive yourself a copy of the sent items via email. For the booking confirmation template, it is also possible to automatically attach a PDF Voucher with booking details to the emails.
You enter the templates in one or two preferred languages. Just like on your hotel website, we do the further work. Your text as specified in the email templates will be automatically translated into no less than 15 languages. Guests will receive the email templates in their own language.
