Online guest page

Each reservation includes a public guest page for downloading an invoice, information about the booking, and, if enabled, processing an online payment. A QR code and a link can be activated in the desired email templates so that these are sent to your guest.

  • By default, MyTourist comes with various basic email templates. Easily decide which templates you enable for automatic sending:

    • Booking confirmation
    • X days before arrival
    • X days after departure
    • Day of arrival
    • Booking canceled
    • Booking changed
    • Proforma invoice
    • Final invoice

  • Each template uses various variables that you can include in the message. Set a template once, and the variables will be converted to the details of your guests and/or the relevant booking upon sending.

  • From a booking, you can easily send an outgoing manual email. Choose a template and customize it, or open a blank email message. The outgoing email is stored and logged with the booking.

  • Email templates are standardly available in multiple languages. You choose one or more languages for your own input. The remaining languages will be automatically translated.

  • Indeed, there are two standard email templates ready for you to send an email a specified number of days before arrival and/or a specified number of days after departure.

  • Managing your house style (color, font, logo, etc.) is possible from the MyTourist house style settings. Adjust your appearance and the system will apply this across all communications. Think of invoice templates, email templates, and your website and/or booking engine.

  • For each guest/booking, you have the option to disable the automatic email messages if desired.

  • That is possible through Marketing Automation integrations, such as Mailchimp. Inquire about integrations we can set up for you to send emails to all contacts in your MyTourist account using external mailing software.

  • Conditions, a brochure or information booklet, menu, it is indeed possible to add an attachment. You can add links in your email templates that refer to public sources. Also useful for referring to a web page, a video, or another online resource.
