Creating a booking is a lightning-fast action. The smart positioning helps you perform this task from all screens in our system for optimal speed.
Do you receive group bookings or corporate bookings with multiple stays? Easily combine them, even with different arrival and departure dates. Let guests pay individually or collectively.
For each booking, an open account (pro forma invoice) is created. This way you can easily record partial payments or deposits and retain freedom for changes like upgrades or expenditures during the stay.
All actions within a booking are logged, so you are always aware of agreements and modifications.
The status of the booking can indeed be changed. If you want to place an optional reservation, this will be shown clearly from the calendar.
If a booking comes via an external platform, the cancellation must be processed through that platform. Bookings that you have created manually or received through your website can be canceled. The room availability will be adjusted and the booking will disappear from your calendar. The data and booking will still be retained and can be retrieved via the list view, where canceled bookings can be shown.
For real-time synchronizations (full connections), when creating (or modifying/canceling) a booking, the availability of rooms is immediately updated. Your own website will also be automatically and quickly updated.
