Once the connection is activated, rates, availability, reservations, and calendar details are exchanged between MyTourist and PriceLabs. PriceLabs sends dynamic prices and restrictions (such as minimum stay and arrival/departure blocks) to MyTourist, which then applies them directly to the calendar and syncs them with all connected booking channels.
A full synchronization is performed every night. During this sync, new bookings, changes, or cancellations are immediately passed on to PriceLabs, ensuring that all price calculations are based on the most up-to-date information.
After activation, MyTourist automatically synchronizes all relevant data with PriceLabs. This happens instantly and covers the next 720 days. This allows PriceLabs to generate accurate price calculations.
PriceLabs supports one pricing profile per room type. Only the selected main pricing profile will be synchronized.
Yes. In PriceLabs, you can configure your own minimum prices, pricing rules, and strategiesâsuch as price floors and ceilings, minimum stay rules, weekend rates, special events, and more. MyTourist applies whatever changes PriceLabs sends but does not determine the pricing logic itself.
Yes. All reservations, including historical bookings, are shared with PriceLabs. This data helps PriceLabs calculate the best prices. The information shared includes the reservation number, booking status, length of stay, and total price.
PriceLabs sends prices to MyTourist, and MyTourist then syncs these to all connected channels that support price synchronization, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google Travel.
Yes. To activate PriceLabs, you need the MyTourist Plus or Extra plan. PriceLabs is a Premium connection. Check your license to see if you have available Premium connections and upgrade if needed. More information about Premium connections and package types can be found in our documentation.
